Construction Supervision & Quality Control
As part of our supervision, we will undertake periodic inspection of the sites, monitoring progress, and quality control inspection to verify that all the works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and the provisions of the contract. We also continuously have a good relationship with the contractors, consultants and suppliers to respond to technical questions, address issues on the ground and forward momentum on construction.
Safety Monitoring & Compliance Control
Our supervision process includes rigorous oversight of health, safety, and regulatory compliance. We assess site practices to ensure full adherence to established safety standards, and we verify that all work complies with statutory requirements and conditions of approval, safeguarding both the workforce and the integrity of the project.
Transparent Client Communication & Reporting
RBS Studio ensures the communication with the client is transparent via its established procedures of reporting, meetings on the site, and updates on the progress. We monitor schedules, check workmanship, and detect deviations at an early stage enabling corrective measures to be put in place effectively and in a timely manner.
